Job summary
To manage customer billing collections and receivables in an accurate timely manner ensuring smooth financial operations supporting the overall cash flow health of the company.
+Responsibilities
- Prepare issue client invoices accurately in a timely manner record accounts receivable transactions in the accounting system maintain the AR ledger monitor outstanding balances follow up with clients to ensure timely collections coordinate with internal teams Sales Project Administration verify billing details resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or a related field minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Billing or Finance functions knowledge of Thai accounting standards tax regulations VAT WHT proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint experience with accounting systems ERP like Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage detail oriented highly accurate well organized strong communication skills Thai basic English proficiency
