We are looking for a Manager to join our new beauty salon in Phuket. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations.


Responsibilities:

• Open the salon every day at 10:30 am and make sure it's ready for business.
• Close the salon at 7:30 pm, ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Welcome and assist clients at the reception desk.
• Handle client payments and operate the cash register accurately.
• Prepare daily financial reports and keep detailed records.
• Offer refreshments to clients, such as coffee or tea.
• Maintain a wellorganized schedule for our team.
• Efficiently manage client appointments to minimize conflicts.
• Purchase necessary supplies for the salon.
• Supervise cleaning staff to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Oversee laundry tasks, ensuring clean towels are available.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the salon head.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English and Thai.
• Proficient in using Excel or similar software for financial reports.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Previous salon management experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.
• Working hours are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.
• Employment starts on June 12th.

Salary:
฿20, ฿25,000.00 per month
