- Engage with customers during the sales process to gather technical requirements and provide recommendations on cloud solution architecture
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of their offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Provide technical expertise to address customer questions, concerns, and objections.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover of projects after the sale.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI, Cloud and Digital Product e.g. Adobe, Salesforce features and updates.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with a strong emphasis on cloud or AI solutions.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with leading cloud service providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.
- Cloud certifications are highly desirable. Strong understanding of digital application development on cloud, and digital transformation methodologies. AI/ML concepts are a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into tailored, impactful technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of overcoming technical challenges.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and comprehensive customer-facing documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
