- Review product drawings and specifications, and engage with co-manufacturing to ensure production process meet following requirements.
- Create process validation plan and drive the implementation and maintain to meet the standard
- Manage all necessary documentations to support cross-functional teams
- Ensure the product launch right on-time and meet quality standard
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for process optimisation and quality improvement. The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in process development, manufacturing engineer, or supplier quality management
- Solid understanding in product design and 2D/3D drawing
- Knowledge in Strainless-Steel process would be an advantage
