Job summary
This role oversees the daily administration and compliance of corporate credit agreements in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Administer corporate credit agreements ensuring compliance effective lender communication.
- Prepare compliance certificates supporting quarterly annual debt disclosures.
- Calculate record interest on development-stage projects according policies.
- Manage bank accounts ensuring KYC compliance overseeing letters of credit.
- Review credit facility documents assist evaluating refinancing options.
