Job description:

AMARIS CONSULTING is hiring in Rayong

Mission Descriptions:

Implement KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on business and systems performances.
Participate in technical IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement, and conversions.
Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to Identify system issue, clarify information, research issue and provide solutions or alternatives.
Provide daytoday support as Support Level 3 and assist key users of Applications.
Lead intervention, documenting recap, specific topic test and full loop tests.
Organize meetings to present new feature and root cause analysis to user.
Monitor the operations of Application.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
Based in or open to relocate to Rayong.
Have background in manufacturing
Possess 05 years of experience (new graduates are welcome).
Proficienct with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, command prompt usage, API integration, and cloud computing concepts.
Able to use SQL queries and understand data models.
Capable to solve technical and operational issues.
Have strong analytical skills with a serviceoriented mindset.
Fluent in English
