คำอธิบาย

Our client is an international logistics provider. They have teams around the globe that provide logistics services to their customers with global deliveries above and beyond. They offer ocean freight, air freight, transportation, warehousing (General, Free Zone), and third-party logistics (3PL). This company is highly expanding in Thailand and supports employees to grow in their careers.

The client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Truck Center Manager to join and build the team in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring productivity and strategizing when needed to maximize technician productivity.
Assisting in the recruiting of new technicians and maintaining a plan for the development of your current staff.
Reporting maintenance and repair needs for vehicles and equipment.
Providing and supervising outsourcing transport team.
Overseeing the invoicing of customers, while ensuring payment is received.
Overseeing warranty claim process and handling customer complaints and inquiries.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitoring and reporting on transportation costs.
Working with suppliers and customers to establish the best supply chain solutions with a focus on improving service levels, reducing lead times, and overall cost.
Researching and suggesting costeffective shipping methods. Conducting regular safety audits on equipment.
Keeping organized records of vehicles, schedules, and completed orders.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping legislation.
Staying uptodate with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years experience as an automotive service advisor professional, preferred experience in a commercial truck center.
Knowledge of trucking regulations and laws.
Knowledge of Q-Mark, Q-Cold Chain, ISO 9001:201
Ability to supervise and train staff.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient with computers and technology capable of learning new programs.
