  • PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Grow the company's air and ocean freight business/services, in accordance with the sales strategy especially on the MNC and Chinese market.
  • Serve as the main sales contact point for assigned customers.
  • Find, develop and qualify leads, then convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers
  • Maintain a sales pipeline to achieve agreed growth targets
  • Manage customer interactions including fostering relationships, making customer calls and closing deals
  • Drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability.
  • Build relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including presentations to the customers and representation at industry events.
  • Incorporate the daily use of the Global Sales Platform to document sales activity and relevant customer business details.
  • SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Business

  • Thai nationality, Male or Female, 3040 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in any fields.
  • Min 5 years experienced in Sales or business development in Freight forwarding industries
  • Have a good command of English (speaking and writing).
  • Chinese language is a MUST
Technical

  • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
People Skills

  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result oriented, good collaboration, dedicated, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build business relationships with networks, customers, and coworkers at all levels.
  • Wellorganized, fast learning and service minded.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills and sensible for market trends.
  • Good on presentation and negotiation skills
