- Support day-to-day facility management and IT office administration.
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, IT Support team, and service providers.
- Assist with IT-related coordination, such as basic troubleshooting, device setup support, and communicating with external IT vendors.
- Handle procurement processes: sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, comparing prices, and preparing purchase requests/purchase orders.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, IT peripherals, and service contracts.
- Organize maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventive services (including IT equipment when required).
- Maintain accurate records of procurement documents and facility/IT asset data.
- Support internal teams and assist with any ad-hoc facility administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, IT, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in facility management, procurement, administration, or basic IT support.
- Basic IT understanding (e.g., computer setup, network basics, dealing with IT vendors).
- Good command of English (reading and communication).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
