    Job Purpose

    Participate in planning and executing strategies that are in line with the plans of the cattle feed sales team and sales staff in each area who are responsible for supporting information and specialized veterinary expertise. As well as creating a network group at the farm level and expanding the results to support sales work as well as supporting the creation of sustainable sales growth.

    Job Description (Accountability)

    1. Analyze and jointly determine the land animal feed business strategy and give advice in order to prepare the strategic plan for creating increased land animal feed sales in the area of responsibility. Apply goals and success indicators to the team to monitor the situation and adjust strategic plans accordingly at all times.
    2. Follow up and analyze operating results and provide advice and consultation to the team. Including being a business partner for customers to help them achieve their goals.
    3. Manage and provide sales advice and consultation. Providing animal breeding services to customers. To achieve maximum efficiency on the customer's farm.
    4. Follow up, consult, recommend and coordinate the purchase and sale of products (End Product) to customers.
    5. Support, promote and make recommendations on farm management. Academic support Develop the efficiency and cost of raising animals for customer farms to achieve maximum efficiency.
    6. Set guidelines for pushing, supporting and advising on the development of animal husbandry technology for customers.
    7. Set and promote guidelines for developing, strengthening and maintaining sustainable customer relationships.
    8. Provide advice and mentorship to the sales team within the area of responsibility to drive strategies to achieve goals.
    9. Responsible for selling feed for beef cattle, dairy cattle and breeding animals (semen) together with sales staff in the area of responsibility.
    10. Carry out sales development projects as assigned.

    Experience

    • 3 years of experience working in the production and sale of animal feed.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree, Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
