Job Purposes:


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing HR agendas, strategies, policies, and practices

  • Structure compensation and benefit packages including manage staff wellness initiatives
  • Mentor managers on employee development

  • Advise on hiring and terminations
  • Conduct investigation in response in employee complaints
  • Develop succession plans

Qualifications:

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดีในการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ดี
- สามารถประสานงาน
