National Sales
- To explore the opportunity to develop additional business from assigned customer account
- To proactively find new target customers and acquire new business.
- To proactively create and submit sales leads to overseas offices as well as follow up on the progress.
- To conduct productivity sale, visit as per target 5 visits per week.
- To conduct regular customer visits and extend excellent presentation on LS overall business.
- To prepare, review & sign quotations
- To organize and delegate support work to sale assistant.
- To conduct internal roll out meetings for handover newly acquired customers to operation team.
- To handle the overall customer satisfaction of newly acquired customers.
- In case of RFI, RFQ, RFP, tender management, and project, have to be conduct meeting review with superior and department concerned before submission
- Develop strong personal pipeline for potential opportunity well above personal GP target.
- To be attend weekly & monthly sale review meeting.
- To achieve set sales targets
- To handle & prepare rate /tender inquiries and special projects for overseas offices/ agents.
- To maintain excellent relations with potential K/A customers to obtain the chance to enter future bidding.
- To implement and execute work accordingly to ISO work procedure.
- Prepare and submit quotations / tenders.
- Implement trade lane development in accordance with respective counterpart.
- Achieve targets and strategies.
- Manage and share sales leads and follow up result.
- Conduct overseas sales calls when required.
- Review & approve quotations / tender submissions.
- To be regular update and provide monthly GP report by date 5 of each month.
- To issue minute of meeting or visited report for submission within 3 days after customer visited.
- To submit weekly sales plan report by end of Friday
- To update regular monthly pipeline report (sale review) as per agreed timeframe
- To record and monitor all activity in CRM.

Requirement:
- 【Must】
- Minimum 6 years work experience in Logistics
- Minimum 4 years work experience in Key Account Management or Sales
- Excellent command of English spoken and written
- Computer literate (MS office)
- Excellent customer service mind
- Ability thinks "outside the box."
Basic Training:
- Company's operational computer system
- Basic ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
