    Get to know our team:  

    Flights Supply Operations sits at the center of Agoda's Flights business, working closely with airline partners, commercial teams, product, and tech to ensure competitive, reliable, and scalable flight supply across markets. The team focuses on optimizing content quality, commercial setup, and operational performance to support growth in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

    As one of Agoda's fastest‑growing verticals, Flights combines the complexity of global airline supply with the speed and experimentation of a tech‑led marketplace. You'll gain exposure to how a large‑scale Flights business operates end‑to‑end, backed by Agoda's strong brand, data, and technology.

    The opportunity: 

    This internship offers hands‑on exposure to flight supply operations and commercial decision‑making at scale. You'll work alongside experienced operators and analysts to support day‑to‑day operations, analyze performance, assess growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

    Through real business problems, you'll develop practical skills in data analysis, market research, Excel modeling, and stakeholder collaboration—while learning how operational insights are translated into commercial and product decisions in a global Flights platform.

    In this role, you'll get to: 

    • Support Flights Supply Operations initiatives across daily operations and strategic projects
    • Build analyses and simple models in Excel to support business insights and recommendations
    • Conduct market and performance research using internal tools and available data to identify trends and opportunities
    • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
    • Support the execution and tracking of experiments, pilots, and operational improvements
    • Help improve tools, processes, and workflows to increase team efficiency and scalability
    • Work closely with cross functional teams to understand how operational insights support commercial and product decisions

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
    • Available to participate in the internship program from 25th of May to 31st July week program)
    • Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
    • Knowledge of Database Management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Tableau)
    • Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
    • Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment

    It's great if you have: 

    • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in
      • Business and Management (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and others).
      • Computer Science with an interest in business
      • Engineering with an interest in business
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel: Formulas, Functions (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIF) and Python.
