Job summary
This role is responsible for building and sustaining a strong Quality and Continuous Improvement culture within the operating unit.Responsibilities
- You will ensure customer satisfaction by evaluating the risks, problems and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view.
- You will oversee processes in cooperation with process owners to ensure effective change management processes are established.
