    Job Purpose



    • To deploy standard supply planning processes and solutions across regional Business Units & countries to drive End to End Supply Chain Excellences.

    • Process coach in aspects of supply planning, make, source and delivery processes.

    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in each area, ensure the measurement and accuracy of master data in the system.

    • To improve maturity in End to End Supply Chain processes by AkzoNobel standards.

    • To provide support for the implementation of improvement projects across region.

    • To ensure all the sites/countries provide quality input to ensure adherence of the SO&E and IBP process in the region.

    Key Accountabilities



    • Asist the Regional Transformation Manager to standardize and implement the regional planning processes and solutions.

    • Lead the deployment of supply planning primary processes and solutions across the region following the A3 Planning roadmap and AkzoNobel Planning standards.

    • Train and guide Key-users in their specific planning process or tools.

    • Act as linking pin between the CoE BPM, BPO and Key-users

    • Tailor global designs to regional and customer specific characteristics

    • Work on the continuous planning assessment and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities, including end to end value stream mapping.

    • Work with the global teams to roll out supply planning processes (Eg: IBP, S&OE, MDI process for Supply, Gatekeeping meetings).

    • Work with the Regional Process coaches and liaise with the central Master Data teams and System Support Experts on the master data update to ensure ERP system runs accurately.

    • Support delivering planning KPI's in region.

    Experience

    • At least 4 years in Supply Chain function; strong experience in operations, planning and good hands on exposure to IT/ERP related projects
    • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Science or Engineering
    • APICS certified.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
    • Strong project management skills and deadline accountability.
    • Functional excellence & credibility to drive the organization forward.
    • Ability to operate effectively across different cultures and functions.
    • Good communication skills, strong command in English.
    • Ability for benchmark studies covering financial and productivity savings
