คำอธิบาย
Our client is a manufacturer of electric motors and controls, electrical component, and power transmission products.Position Summary:
Leads and develops the Material Team of a large plant and typically more complex supply chain in supporting Purchasing, Logistics, Master Scheduling Capacity Planning and Inventory Control to achieve the financial and operating objectives set by the overall organizational business plan.
Major Responsibilities:
- Building a strong in SCM Team and achieving the company KPI.
- Collaborating with Manufacturing, Project Managers, Engineering, PSI, and Sales as well as other areas in the general Supply Chain including Sourcing to drive Supply Chain performance by improving supplier lead times and reducing component and assembly inventory levels.
- Developing and executing on time delivery, inventory turns, and inventory control, adherence to production plans, cost improvements and ensures continued employee growth through development.
- Managing and controlling inventory investment to set goals and objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Facilitating and leading strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Investigating potential for delays and/or quality issues, identifies alternative (approved) plans, and engage, elevate when any sourced item will not arrive on time to support the schedule or quality issues arise.
- Supporting and establishing material departmental budgets; monitoring the cost and effectiveness of production planning and scheduling to meet and support on time delivery to customer.
- Supporting the removal of barriers to improve shipping and receiving by facilitating timely transport of goods within budgets and government regulations.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems and processes to ensure honest, fair, and ethical work environment, adhering to legal regulations.
- Managing both human and economic resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Materials Management/Purchasing.
- More than 6 years experienced in Supply Chain Management from manufacturing, OEM manufacturing both electronic and automotive is prefer.
- Knowledge & Experience background in various working experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, MRP and Logistic as well.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing and ERP oracle using.
- Strong in material planning knowledge and experienced.
- Strong planning workflow and schedules for production plan and update status to ensure timely delivery.
- Strong oral/written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel in Local and Oversea.
