เกี่ยวกับฝ่ายวิจัยฝ่ายวิจัยผลิตงานวิจัยด้วยหลักฐานเชิงวิชาการ เพื่อสนับสนุนการกำหนดนโยบายสุขภาพที่โปร่งใสและมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วน โดยเฉพาะกระบวนการพัฒนาชุดสิทธิประโยชน์ภายใต้ระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ การพัฒนาบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ อีกทั้งยังพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากร องค์กร เครือข่าย และสังคม ผ่านความร่วมมือด้านงานวิจัยและการจัดอบรมด้านการประเมินเทคโนโลยีและนโยบายด้านสุขภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
เป็นผู้ช่วยนักวิจัยในการดำเนินการวิจัยตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากนักวิจัยหลักในโครงการ เช่น การจดรายงานการประชุม การสืบค้น/ทบทวนเอกสาร การเก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การเขียนรายงาน/บทความวิชาการ/เอกสารเผยแพร่อื่นๆ เป็นต้น
มีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานวิจัยภายใน (internal review process) ของโครงการวิจัยที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และโครงการอื่น ๆ ของ HITAP
ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลและหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก HITAP เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการวิจัย เช่น การเตรียมเอกสารการเบิก-จ่าย การนัดหมาย/ยืนยันการประชุมและการลงพื้นที่ การจองที่พักและยานพาหนะ เป็นต้น
ดูแลและดำเนินการการจัดการประชุม เช่น ต้อนรับผู้มาประชุม แจกเอกสารประกอบการประชุม จ่ายค่าตอบแทน/ค่ายานพาหนะ จัดการเรื่องอาหาร/เครื่องดื่ม เป็นต้น โดยประสานกับพนักงานฝ่ายบริหารงานทั่วไปของ HITAP
ปฏิบัติงานตามที่นักวิจัยหลัก และคณะผู้บริหารของ HITAP มอบหมาย
สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายต่างๆ ของ HITAP
งานอื่นๆ ที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิจัย และคณะผู้บริหารของ HITAP มอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ (Requirements)
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีเป็นขั้นต่ำในสาขาเภสัชศาสตร์
ทักษะการสืบค้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อมาสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงนโยบายได้
หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำวิจัยจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน ได้แก่ Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint และ Internet Browser เพื่อสืบค้นข้อมูลได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ อดทน มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่ต่างจังหวัดหรือต่างประเทศได้
