We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Empire Estates Phuket Co. Ltd. in Phuket. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all our properties. This is a full-time position based in Phuket.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of our residential properties, including lease agreements, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conducting property inspections and coordinating any necessary repairs or renovations
- Preparing detailed financial reports and managing the property budgets
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimise the performance and occupancy rates of our properties
- Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in the residential property management sector
- Supervising and mentoring a team of property assistants and maintenance staff
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in the Phuket market
- Strong understanding of property management principles, including lease administration, maintenance, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant digital tools
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to residential property management
- Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
