- Evaluate and recommends emerging cloud technologies
- Propose improvement and track and provide updates about technology trends
- Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations any new or update cloud technologies to others
- Consult colleagues to solving technical issues or providing technical solutions
- Create and maintain infrastructure using infrastructure as code principles
- Creating a plan for unique cloud solutions, documenting cloud processes and procedures, training others on cloud solutions, and remaining open to ongoing change based on the latest data
- Designing and implementing the organization's cloud usage practices, including rules and standards
- Evaluating and maintaining existing cloud applications in addition to handling any technical problems that arise
- Selecting cloud services based on various significant criteria such as security best practices, compliance with your industry, and how the architecture will integrate into the organization's structure and workflows
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining major public cloud platforms (such as GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security
- Knowledge of programming and scripting skills, such as Python, Shell Script
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate the work of others
- Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints
