กำหนดและควบคุมทิศทางภาพลักษณ์ของ Brand ให้ดูทันสมัยและมีความน่าเชื่อถือ ออกแบบกลยุทธ์ทางด้านการสื่อสารเพื่อเปลี่ยน Product ที่มีความซับซ้อนให้กลายเป็นเนื้อหาที่เข้าถึงง่าย และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับลูกค้า ติดตามและวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง ทั้งในด้านกลยุทธ์การสื่อสาร แคมเปญการตลาด การตั้งราคา และสิทธิประโยชน์เพื่อนำมาประเมินจุดแข็ง-จุดอ่อน และปรับกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทให้ได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันเสมอ ดูแลภาพรวม Branding ขององค์กรผ่านช่องทางสื่อสารต่างๆ ทั้ง Online และ Offline
