- Lead and direct diverse project teams through hands-on approaches to execute solutions and achieve project goals
- Responsible for specific components of a project (projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge)
- Support senior management in developing strategic directions and implementation plans
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client executives through high-quality deliverables
- Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to understand their concerns and design appropriate change plans
- Gain stakeholder acceptance for proposed solutions through compelling presentations and relationship management
- Serve as key point of contact for day-to-day client interactions and project coordination
- Take responsibility for sales and marketing activities including proposal development and client presentations
- Present company capabilities and thought leadership at conferences and industry events to represent the company
- Contribute to new business acquisition through relationship building and market development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standards of project delivery and foster their professional growth
- Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and best practices
- Thai nationality required
- Degrees in Engineering, Finance, Economics, other business-related fields, with excellent academic performance
- At least 5 years of relevant experience at top-tier consulting firms OR a strong academic record from a top-tier MBA program
- Industry expertise in automotive, agricultural, and food sectors preferred
- Professional experience in operations management is a plus, including: Manufacturing operations, Production control, Process improvement initiatives, Product development, New business development.
- Strong command of English and Thai, both written and spoken
- Strong research and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency
- Exceptional ability to create professional deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports
- Proficient in data-driven decision making using facts, analysis, and logical reasoning
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage projects with limited notice
- Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments (including factory settings)
- Strong project management skills including resource coordination and timeline management
- Capacity to work independently while maintaining alignment with senior leadership
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead consulting teams toward achieving project objectives and driving successful outcomes
