Plan and conduct a self- audit in corporate admin and procurement department. Regular review the accuracy of self- assessment of each team base on KPI and performance by each division.

Support manager for operations audit activity and follow up evident support documentAssess control effectiveness, provide recommendation, and prepare auditing report for management.

Coordinate with peers and other both internal and external for case implement internal policy. Also tracking performance of new policy to ensure to action last long. Design standard process, policy, structure and system of key operations control i.g. fleet, asset, subcontractor, procurement, admin and services. Prepare standard operation procedures, workflows and other form in Thai and English.
Conduct internal audit framework, identify and escalate issue causing risk, ineffective control execution with solution. Create data record form, Keep tracking activity and update to management. Perform process simplification and identify control gaps including solution to improve operating efficiencySupport team as requested.
