    Key Responsibilities

    Commercial Strategy Support

    • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights.
    • Evaluate sales, pricing, product, and customer data to uncover growth and margin improvement opportunities.
    • Support category, pricing, and promotion strategies through data modeling and scenario planning.
    • Build and validate business cases for new initiatives, assessing financial and operational impact.

    Transformation & Strategic Execution

    • Partner with transformation leads and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into executable plans.
    • Map current processes, identify gaps, and propose future-state solutions.
    • Monitor and track the performance of transformation initiatives, ensuring KPI achievement and benefits realization.
    • Provide data-driven input to support change management and organizational readiness.

    Business Intelligence & Reporting

    • Develop robust analytical frameworks and insightful visual reports to support high-impact strategic decisions.
    • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
    • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with data engineering and commercial teams to ensure consistent and accurate metrics.
    • Continuously deliver insights to drive performance improvements across the business.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, commercial planning, strategy, or transformation.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience with tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
    • Background in retail, FMCG, consulting, or large-scale transformation is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
