คำอธิบาย

Our client is a full-service logistics provider.

They are now looking for a dynamic and energetic person to help them as an Operation Manager (Ocean Freight both Import and export)

Key Responsibilities

Handling the daily operation include track and trace management to monitor goods at all time, the and Billing Process.
Leading and managing the Ocean Freight Team.
Coordinating with customers by verifying costs, setting prices, and preparing relevant reports.
Maintaining good relations with all customers and ensuring good customer service.
Developing new/ products and trade lanes assigned.
Ensuring smooth operations/ good customer services.
Developing existing accounts.
Ensuring profitability for businesses secured with regular review with management.
Controlling the revenue, costs, and profit and loss of the CS department.
Being responsible for the training of staff and handling all customers' complaints.
Being able to negotiate claims with customers.
Closely monitoring operations and drivethrough performance to meet KPIs criteria.
Supporting sales team to develop businesses.
Handling any other official duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications

Male or Female years old.
At least 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business.
Experience with ocean export freight operations is necessary.
Good communication and leadership skills as the role requires frequent communication in various directions and at all management levels.
Serviceminded, with good customer relationship skills.
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive (such as Google Sheets).
Strong Leadership skills.
Good communication in both spoken and written English.
