    Strategic HR Planning:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the three companies' overall business goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand the business needs and provide HR insights for strategic decision-making

    2 Department Head KPI Development:

    • Work closely with the Head of Departments to establish and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
    • Ensure that KPIs are measurable and achievable, and contribute to the overall success of each department

    3 Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Oversee the recruitment process for key positions, working with department heads to identify staffing needs.
    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber professionals

    4 Employee Engagement and Retention:

    • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address factors affecting employee retention

    5 Performance Management:

    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance against set goals.
    • Work with department heads to guide performance improvement plans when necessary

    6 Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs within the departments and coordinate training programs accordingly.
    • Support the development of career paths and succession plans for key roles

    7 Employee Relations:

    • Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
    • Guide department heads on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.8.

    HR Policy Development and Implementation:

    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
    • Communicate changes in policies and ensure understanding among employees and department heads

    9 Compensation and Benefits Administration:

    • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
    • Collaborate with department heads to review and recommend salary adjustments based on performance

    10 HR Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics.
    • Analyze trends and recommend proactive solutions to address HR-related challenges.
