รายละเอียดงาน:

Lead production operators to achieve production goals. Provide coaching, supervision, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and maintain the skills and behaviors of production operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain positive relationships among the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Take initiative and drive initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring longterm sustainability of operations.
Initiate and develop the skills of crew members to enable multiskilling, enhancing flexibility and efficiency within the team.
Lead problemsolving efforts using analytical skills, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

ประสบการณ์:

Any experience in management roles or supervision experience in heavy industry will be an advantage.
Able to communicate in English and work in shift rotation.
Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, selfmotivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.
Must have a positive cando attitude and selflearning.
