    As a Guru you will be accountable for:

    • Developing and implementing PropertyGuru's Consumer Marketing Strategy & plan in collaboration with the Head of Consumer Marketing to achieve the Company's business objectives.

    • Executing PropertyGuru's brand positioning through ATL/BTL, PR, and Marketing partnership programmes, campaigns, and initiatives.

    • Planning, developing, and executing brand and communication/PR messages in always-on and campaign formats across below-the-line and above-the-line media.

    • Allocating media investments in online and offline media to build PropertyGuru's brand image in Singapore cost-effectively.

    • Implementing the PR strategy and plan for PropertyGuru, in conjunction with the local PR agency.

    • Managing PropertyGuru's social media strategy, continuously testing, measuring, and iterating to maximize social media reach and engagement. This includes creating relevant content in various formats (e.g., videos, infographics, photos) and types (e.g., listicles, tips, contests).

    • Driving organic website traffic by amplifying (Hero) Content that appeals to property seekers.

    • Conducting competitive reviews and market research, and monitoring trends in related industries to enhance PropertyGuru's market insights.

    • Developing, implementing, and tracking creative and impactful consumer marketing campaigns and events across Above-the-Line, Below-the-Line, Online, Direct, and Social Media channels.

    • Building and executing an impactful calendar of ongoing engagement with local Property Seekers.

    • Measuring key metrics including branding indices, social media and content engagement, brand/campaign message recall, and PR value (including AVE).

    We're looking for someone who has:

    • Proven experience in brand management, marketing communications (including digital and social media), media planning, public relations, and integrated marketing campaigns.

    • Experience in Content Marketing and Strategic Partnerships.

    • Experience working in/with/across markets in Southeast Asia.

    • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement Marketing Communications and Public Relations programmes and supporting tactics.

    • Experience working with e-commerce, technology, or online brands/clients, or working on a new brand.
