- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Responsible for developing strategic marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives. This includes identifying target markets, conducting market research, and designing marketing campaigns to promote our lifestyle products such as Fashion, Living, Home Décor.
- Leadership and team management: lead and manage a team of marketing professionals by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in implementing marketing initiatives effectively.
- Brand management: You will be the custodian of our brand image and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. This involves developing brand guidelines, overseeing brand campaigns, and monitoring brand perception among our target audience.
- Marketing communication: Responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience. This includes managing advertising campaigns, public relations activities, social media presence, and other promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Working closely with various departments within the organization, such as merchandising team, to align marketing strategies with product assortment. Collaboration with store operations and customer service teams will be essential to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance: track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using key metrics and datadriven insights. Based on these insights, you will make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends: As a marketing leader, it is essential to stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and competitors in the lifestyle product industry. You will actively research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Requirement:

- Proven track record and experience in marketing and marketing communication, preferably in the retail or lifestyle industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
