Job Summary
This role supports live commerce operations by monitoring live streams, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution across platforms.Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on live streams across platforms such as Shopee Live, TikTok Live, and Facebook Live to ensure smooth execution.
- Report issues during live sessions (e.g., audio/video problems, slow customer response) and promptly coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
