As an account lead at Gallup, you'll serve as the primary owner of a portfolio of client relationships. In this role, you'll be accountable for operational excellence, client satisfaction and retention, and account growth. You'll manage workstreams, develop high-quality deliverables, and ensure an exceptional client experience that earns trust and drives impact.

What You'll Do

• Own project execution by tracking milestones, monitoring budgets, and proactively managing risks and scope changes
• Build strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of clients' businesses, priorities and challenges
• Serve as the primary adviser to senior client stakeholders, leading conversations, presentations and recommendations with confidence and credibility
• Review and analyze data, identify insights and define recommendations that align Gallup science with client priorities
• Identify opportunities to expand or renew project work and communicate them persuasively to business leaders to close deals
• Contribute to the development of other consultants through feedback, coaching and shared learning

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree, such as an MBA or master's in organizational psychology, preferred
• At least five years of professional experience in project management, client management, management consulting, human capital consulting, human resources, employee engagement or a related area required
• Proven experience managing and growing client accounts required
• Demonstrated success leading client-facing work with senior stakeholders required
• Professional fluency in Thai and English required
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to generate deep insights required
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Bangkok office at least three days per week required
• Eligibility to work in Thailand required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
