ให้บริการต้อนรับลูกค้าที่มาติดต่อทั้งคนไทยละต่างชาติ รับโทรศัพท์และตรวจเช็คอีเมล เพื่อให้คำแนะนำสำหรับลูกค้า ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานและการให้บริการลูกค้า การเช็คอินและเช็คเอ้าท์ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆและบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประสานงานภายใน หรือการรับรองกลุ่มลูกค้าร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้การบริการที่ดีและรวดเร็วกับลูกค้า จัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงานภายในแผนก แก้ไขปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำพนักงานในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า ต้องสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล สภาพของห้องพักเพื่ออัปเดตสถานะ ปรับปรุงหรือสามารถขายห้องได้ จัดทำรายงาน รายได้ของห้องพักรวมถึงอัตราการเข้าพักให้กับผู้จัดการทั่วไป ปฏิบัติงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัทฯ และบริการจัดการพนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชาภายในแผนกให้อยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
