Quality Management Lead - Bangkok

Job summary
Collaborate with the Process Excellence team to define and refine process standards improving both quality and operational efficiency Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to key stakeholders representing the team in important meetings Monitor non-compliant behavior execute disciplinary actions and implement penalties to uphold high standards of compliance Lead initiatives to enhance audit methodologies including streamlining audit processes Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and working with teams to implement effective solutions Guide coach and support subordinates and operations at all levels as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in a related field 3+ years of experience in quality assurance audit or operations in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making Excellent communication skills both verbal written with the ability to present complex data effectively Proficient in project management tools e.g. Google Workspace Ability to work collaboratively multicultural environments adapt changing priorities Ability identify prioritize problems develop sound hypothesis stated problems Fluent Thai English End-to-end ownership for initiatives expected Strong Leadership skill Show more Show less
