Job summary
วางแผนกลยุทธ์การบริหารความสัมพนัธ์กับลูกค้า (CRM Strategic Plan) และสร้าง กิจกรรมทางการตลาด โดยอ้างอิงการวเิคราะห์ข้อมูลสมาชิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างฐานลูกค้า ประจํา และยอดขายตรวจสอบและติดตามผลกรณีสมาชิกมีการร้องเรียนผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ
บริหารจัดการและควบคุมการใช้งบประมาณด้านลูกค้าสัมพันธ์
สรุปรายงานยอดขาย และรายงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสมาชิกรายเดือน, รายไตรมาส และรายปี
