ตรวจนับสต๊อกวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ตามรอบที่กำหนด ควบคุมปริมาณสต๊อกให้เหมาะสม ตรวจสอบวันหมดอายุ คุณภาพ และสภาพของวัตถุดิบ จัดเก็บสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน FIFO / FEFO วางแผนการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบตามยอดขายและอัตราการใช้งาน ประสานงานกับ Supplier หรือ HQ ในการสั่งสินค้า ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามแผน ตรวจรับสินค้าและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของจำนวนและคุณภาพ ควบคุมการสูญเสียของวัตถุดิบและสินค้า บันทึกและรายงานของเสีย ชำรุด หรือหมดอายุ วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของการสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้น เสนอแนวทางในการลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสต๊อก บันทึกข้อมูลสต๊อกในระบบที่กำหนด จัดทำรายงานสต็อกคงเหลือและความเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้า จัดเก็บเอกสารรับ-จ่ายสินค้าอย่างเป็นระบบ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง和ความสอดคล้องกข้อมูลสต็อค ประสานงานกับ Store Manager, Area Manager และ Accounting ในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง แจ้งเตือนเมื่อสตีโกต่ำกว่าระดับที่กำหนด Support การเปิดสาขาใหม่ในส่วนของคการจัดเตรียมและการควบคุมสต็อค+
