PRTR Tech Team is Partnering with a Tech Company, seeking a Senior Front-End Developer and Lead Front-End Developer.Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to design and develop robust, scalable frontend solutions using and related technologies.
- Leading the frontend development efforts, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members.
- Handling the architect and implementing reusable components and libraries to streamline development and ensure consistency across projects.
- Staying updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices, actively contributing to the team's technical expertise and growth.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in and related frontend technologies (e.g., Redux, Webpack, Babel).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- For Lead position: Experience leading a team of 2 or more developers, demonstrating strong leadership, mentorship, and teambuilding skills.
