Job Purpose:

Develop new business by corporate and working with sales and project team under G&D plan in target market ; Automotive, AR and I&C
Provide AN technology, corporate and develop the product to meet on customer requirement, Needs and approve our product.
Maintain and Support on business strategy by driving our servicing on a customer plan and strengthen relationships with responsible customers.

Key Accountabilities:

Corporate with Sales and RD team for develop new product / technology & specify their products on target customers/ OEM
Build and maintain our AN value in customers on technology, quality and servicing
Lead on preventive and correct action to improve our service value.

Experience:

BA
Science /Engineer
Chemistry, Polymer or related
Background in technical, R&D role in coating under B2B Coating industrial is preferred.
Understand in process approval in OEM
Good and can communicate in English, Chinese or Japanese will be benefit
