Fri 8:00 17:00
Ensure the quality sale forecast from customers.
Prepare plan and firm planed order to ensure purchase order.
Closely communicate and work with 3PL (Third Party Logistics)/ Sales/ QA and other related departments.
Prepare report every odd week pertaining to demand planning and inventory.
Participate in demand change of customer requirement in timely and effectively.
Ensure timeliness of shipment and accuracy of inventory.
Meeting with sales team to update sales order, delivery and inventory status.
Meeting with supplier / factory domestics and oversea.
Meeting with customer (If required).
Report issue in weekly meeting.
Coordinate with supplier/ factory for timely shipping schedule in order to meet customer demand.
Handling and checking invoice / packing list/ BL/ FTA form.
Control delivery schedule and issue invoice to customer.
Coordinate with sale for new model lineup, event order schedule and discontinue timing.
Lead the physical stock control activities at warehouse.
Perform other duties as reasonable assigned by supervisor.
