- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot both functional and technical issues of the product, which may be related to other IT areas (e.g., network, OS)
- Ensure tickets are created, updated, and resolved within the SLA
- Liaise and collaborate with our global headquarters for knowledge transfer and process improvement activities
- Properly escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate internal or external teams following the workflow in a timely manner
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of business process orientation
- Ability to write SQL queries in databases (Oracle, Postgres) and understand SQL scripts
- Ability to analyze OS (Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), application, and database logs
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and hours
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Experience working with applications such as MES and ERP
- Basic knowledge of Unix (Linux) command/shell scripts
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
- Basic knowledge of Docker Swarm
- Basic knowledge of Java programming
- Background experience as a Programmer Analyst, System Analyst, or System Architect
- In-depth MES software product training will be provided
