คำอธิบาย
Job Description:
- Responsible to check PR status in the system daily base on order and delivery schedule
- Create PO, Delivery Order
- Follow up by faxed and confirmation from vendors whether received PO
- Get sample or picture from end users to verify the correct spec. items
- Search for new potential suppliers, develop and set up a supplier data base
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
- Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased
- Coordinates and resolves problems with end user departments and suppliers.
- Expedites outstanding purchase orders to ensure delivery requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field of study with direct experience in Strategic Buyer, or related positions
- At least 3 years of experience as a strategic buyer in a dynamic or multinational organization
- Ability to work with suppliers and engage with stakeholders at all level
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken
- Able to work under tight pressure, timeline and minimum supervisory
