วางแผนการผลิต จัดทำแผนการผลิตรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน ให้สอดคล้องกับยอดพยากรณ์ความต้องการ (Forecast) และคำสั่งซื้อ (Order)

Responsabilidades

  • จัดทำรายงานตัวชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงาน (KPI) เช่น OTIF แผนเทียบผลจริง (Plan vs Actual) และอัตราการหมุนเวียนสินค้าคงคลัง (Stock Turnover)
  • พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบการวางแผนการผลิต รวมถึงการใช้โปรแกรม Excel ระบบ ERP และสูตรคำนวณต่าง ๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
