**We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant supervisor

Transportation to join our team This role drives the result, evaluation, prioritization & implementation. This position will lead the transportation operation team, from concept to completion, ensuring resource availability and allocation and every transportation operation smoothly. We are looking for an upbeat & hardworking person who loves solving problems and enjoys work in teams.**
What you will do;

- **Manage and lead Logistics operation and activities to be agile and responsive to satisfy customer's expectation for Export and Domestics**- **Responsible to have operation compliance to all Safety and Quality standards & guidelines (GMP, ISO, EOHS etc.) to ensure efficient operation and employee work safely with no tolerance in working place**- **Optimize the Effective/Efficiency while monitor and control expenditure under the responsibility, deliver "Funding the growth" to ensure the operation cost are effective with the budget, competitive in the Logistics market and among Company subsidiaries**- **Responsible and encourage team to operate with high standard of Safety & Quality and efficiency, conform to designed procedures, meet target as well as control criteria.**- **Follow the guideline from Finance on Revenue Recognition strictly and response to confirm Finance on "Point of Delivery" timely and accurately**- **Explore and evaluate alternative Logistics Networks that optimize cost, shorten lead time and improve service while considering changes in business and customer profile. Also develop organizational capabilities, necessary to support future business growth*****-
Accountable for Global coordination of sourcing goods; ensures the most effective and efficient way to get goods exported to their proper destination, provide logistics service based on destination country's requirement

Manages the people, materials, equipment and Logistics process to deliver performance objectives as measured by corporate and local KPI's 99 % Ontime

Accountable for adhering to company and governmental guidelines related to Quality and Regulatory

Improve strategic external partners by developing long term relationship to serve customer's requirement and obtain mutual benefits

Work collaborative with related functions internally such as Production, Marketing, Customer service, Customer Development, Finance and etc to ensure that company leads speed to market, customization and have effective End to End Supply Chain

Monitor operation performance and analyze the KPI to understand the success and predictive response through integrated systems & stong data analytics

Knows and uses the Recovery and Recall procedure

Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications;
- **Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field.**- **At least 2 Years of warehouse transportation experience.*****-
Experience to manage export operation process will be advantaged.
- **Good English communication skills both writing and speaking**- **Good communication & problem solving skills.**- **Skill for supervision and Fundamental of Warehousing transportation.**- **Proficient in using Google tools is preferable.
