Job summary
Analyze and understand clients business requirements including current workflows and structures Act as a liaison between business units and technical solution providers ensuring proper management of requirements before designing and implementing technical solutions Identify analyze document specific requirements for proposed solutions Support the design of efficient solutions that enhance client workflows Continuously manage track project progress to ensure alignment with defined plans Participate in change management planning support organizational changes for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as Business Analyst similar role particularly in System Integrator business
- In-depth understanding of business processes information system analysis
- Proven experience in preparing detailed clear business documentation requirements Skilled systematic methods for requirement gathering modeling problem-solving Effective communication negotiation skills working with clients teams Ability prioritize tasks plan effectively
