    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement existing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective payment & reconciliation processes.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including TPS', finance, commercial and other functions.

    • Reconciliation of TPS accounts and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

    • Participate in preparing report on TPS performance to management.

    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payments.

    Requirements:

    • Fresh graduates are welcome.

    • Excellent to Fluent English communication (spoken & written).

    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

    • Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Atlas and SAP knowledge is a Plus.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
