Maintain and create flourishing relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met.
Service clients by engaging and resolving their needs through zoom calls and other communication channels.
Devise strategies to align the business needs of clients and the company.
Negotiate contracts with clients.
Collaborate with internal support team to develop strategies for better sales revenue, customer retention, churn, and satisfaction.

About the Job
