+ ความรับผิดชอบหลัก ร่วมศึกษาและจัดทำข้อเสนอนโยบายค่าตอบแทน สวัสดิการและสิทธิประโยชน์ ระบบการบริหารผลงาน รวมถึงเส้นทางอาชีพและระบบสมรรถนะ (Competency)
+ คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร สัญชาติไทยอายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถเริ่มปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท.
+ จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เป็นประโยชน์กับด้าน HR อาทิ บริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา บริหารธุรกิจ สถิติประยุกต์ Computer Science Data Analytics Business Analytics หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง<+ สามารถมองภาพใหญ่ มีทักษะวางแผนงานล่วงหน้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าองค์กรมีบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพและทักษะที่จำเป็นในการขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้<+ หากมีความรู้และทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อาทิ การใช้เครื่องมือเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในการวิเคราะห์และประมวลผล (HR Data Analytics) และมีประสบการณ์การสื่อสารรายงานผลการดำเนินการทเชิงกลยุทธ์ส่วนหัว
