Must Have
Minimum Relevant Experience:
B.Tech / B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with prior experience of 12-15 years in setting-up of continuous process Plants and execution of brownfield projects in Thailand.
Language Proficiency - should be conversant with English as well as Thai (speaking only).Continuous process manufacturing plant:
preference on non-ferrous metals, rubber chemicals and chemical process-based industries.
Job Description
Plan, implement, and control preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance activities and comply with Thai safety laws and plant safety standards.
Ordering and assisting in design of process equipments/ plant and machinery.
Maintain critical equipments.
Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions.
Support modifications, upgrades, and installation of new equipments.
Participate in capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and execution.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports. Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and internal maintenance standards.
