    คำอธิบาย

    • Conduct the SOP Training Plan for employees.
    • Assist the Operation Executive in organizing and delivering various types of training activities for operational purposes.
    • Conduct audits of store outlets to maintain SOP standards, service standard procedures, store wastage control, and operational guidelines.
    • Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials aligned with operational performance and employee development.
    • Present training and development programs using diverse formats, including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.
    • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, assessment results, and retraining requirements.
    • Maintain personal SOP and SSP procedures with 100% accuracy. Able to set an example for employees.
    • Provide assistance on-site with outlet operations when necessary.
    • Collaborate closely with the Area Store Manager and Operations Executive to develop the Company's SOP, SOC, SSP, and work structure that aligns with the company's brand image and customer expectations.
    • Assist the Operations Executive in processing outlet licenses or any related documents as required.
    • Update the SOP Training report on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Oversee the POS and Delivery platform setting to be aligned with operation requirements.
    • Any other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager.
