Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialist – Benefits Payroll Compliance to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our total rewards strategy is competitive compliant aligned with our business goals.Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for aCommerce Employee Salary payment other relevant matters such as Commission Benefit Allowance Social Security Fund Provident Fund report Group Health Insurance.
- Operate in Human Resource process as personnel record leave record working Information etc.
- Oversight end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy compliance timeliness
- Collaborate with Finance HR teams reconcile payroll data resolve issues Ensure adherence local labor laws tax regulations internal controls Prepare bonus evaluation form collect employee attendance data Manage base pay administration benefits including open enrolments communications audits vendor management service delivery Provide Compensation Benefits services ensure accuracy employees satisfaction Coordinate government regarding benefits payroll matters Be part of HR departmental processes entire organization receives right C B guidelines support Other duties assigned.
