    We're looking for a Manager People & Culture Business Partner to lead the people strategy across multiple critical functions. In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders to unlock performance, enable change, and build the capabilities needed to grow in a complex, evolving environment

    Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic People Leadership: Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving organizational agility and growth.
  • Leadership Enablement: Strengthen leadership capabilities across functions, especially in navigating change and enhancing team performance.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Drive structural and capability transformations that align with regulatory complexity and market evolution, ensuring the business remains agile and future-ready.
  • Talent Strategy & Development: Build a robust talent pipeline through strategic acquisition, succession planning, and targeted development. Collaborate with the Integrated Talent Management team and functional leaders to align talent with evolving business needs.
  • Culture & Retention: Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention. Advise on reward strategies and help shape a culture that attracts and retains top talent.
  • What You Bring:

  • A mindset that sees HR as a lever for business success — not just support
  • 4–6 years of proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a complex, multi-functional environment
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and change leadership skills
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities
  • Fluency in Thai and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
