    勤地: マレーシア(クアラルンプールまたはペナン)またはタイ(バンコク)
     勤務時間: 配属プロジェクトに応じたシフト制(週末・祝日を含む場合あり)

    職務概要

    Teleperformanceでは、マレーシアまたはタイ拠点で勤務いただける日本語対応のカスタマーサービス担当者を継続的に募集しています。この求人はエバーグリーン(通年募集)ポジションとなり、様々な業界のグローバルクライアントをサポートする複数のプロジェクトでの採用を想定しています。
     配属されるプロジェクトの詳細(業界、業務内容、勤務時間、必要スキル等)は、採用プロセスの中でリクルーターよりご案内いたします。

    応募資格

  • 未経験、新卒応募可
  • 日本語ビジネスレベル以上(JLPT N2以上)
  • 英語:最低B1レベル、日常会話レベル以上(プロジェクトによってはそれ以下でも応募可能な場合あり)
  • 高いカスタマー志向・問題解決能力・コミュニケーション力
  • 新しい業務やツールへの柔軟な適応力
  • シフト勤務(週末・祝日含む)への対応が可能な方

  • BPO業界やカスタマーサポート業務の経験
  • 関連業界(Eコマース、旅行、ホテル、金融、ソーシャルメディアなど)の知識や経験があれば尚可

  • 日本語でのお問い合わせ対応(電話、チャット、メール)※プロジェクトにより異なる可能性あり。
  • プロジェクトの要件に基づいたカスタマーサポートの提供
  • 注文、技術的サポート、予約、アカウント関連のご相談対応
  • 応対記録の正確な入力および、社内基準・コンプライアンスの遵守
  • エスカレーション案件の対応において、社内チームとの連携
  • プロジェクトごとのKPIおよびSLAに準じたパフォーマンスの維持
